db Orthopedic Physical Therapy, PC and David Bertone, PT, OCS participate in all Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, NJ Personal Injury Protection (MVA), Medicare, and Workers Compensation. In addition, we will gladly submit to all insurance companies for payment of services but it is important for patients to be aware of their individual policy limitations. We will be creative in devising treatment plans and frequency of care that will fit your budgetary constraints but we will not jeopardize your recovery based on limitations of your particular insurance plan. You most make an informed consent as to the value of the services provided and be willing to pay for the cost not covered by your insurance carrier.
