Fitness Assessment ($100) – functional movement screen to help determine your current level of fitness, identify areas of decreased flexibility, weakness, limited mobility and endurance. Used to help design and guide fitness program and is used as an objective way to determine progress in achieving your fitness goals.

Golf Assessment - Body/Swing Analysis ($120/evaluation) – TPI body/swing screen performed with analysis of golf swing videos. Used to determine restrictions and/or weakness in key areas responsible for the golf swing. Identify common swing faults based on golf swing review to determine problem areas that will be addressed with fitness or manual therapy program.

Personal Training Sessions for Fitness or Golf Performance ($100/60min) – one on one with personal trainer to address fitness goals or specific areas of concern identified during Fitness assessment or Body/Swing evaluation for golf performance.

TPI Level 1 Certification teaches golf, fitness and medical professionals how to evaluate a golfer for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability and, ultimately, enjoyment of the game.

TPI Fitness Certification gives trainers the knowledge and tools to design effective conditioning programs for players of all ages and abilities.

  • 8 Biweekly Personal training/golf performance sessions (10% discount - $720) – package of 8 (60min) personal training sessions
  • 12 Biweekly Personal training/golf performance sessions (20% discount - $960) – package of 12 (60min) personal training sessions

6 weeks complete Golf Performance Program - 12 golf specific personal training sessions + 4 (30min) manual therapy sessions with Dr. Bertone ($1200) – includes Body/Swing analysis and video evaluation of golf swing to determine areas to address through fitness program with personal trainer, home exercise program design and one on one physical therapy utilizing manual therapy, stretching and neuro re-education all to improve golf performance.
